About Us

Disability Dream Weavers is established as a 501 (c)(3) Tax Exempt nonprofit organization to provide direct services and assistance to persons with disabilities in San Diego and surrounding areas. Our organization is based on the philosophy that every person has unique abilities, unique needs, and unlimited potential. Our mission is accomplished through our life enrichment programs that provide disability education, information, resources and services for purchasing essential items. We provide H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Everyday) for those who have been neglected because of a disability. HOPE is our campaign designed to empower persons with disabilities to fulfill their dreams by transforming the impossible into possible and thus enhance the quality of their lives.

Disaster Preparedness program "AWAKE" for kids at ABC Youth Foundation

Hey People! We’re happy to announce that on 08/19/2021, Disability Dream Weavers accomplished yet another successful Disaster Preparedness program ‘AWAKE’ in collaboration with the famous Boxing Legend Archie Moore’s ABC Youth Foundation. DiDW carried out a Disaster Preparedness workshop and distributed emergency Go-Bags for the kids at their premises.

Not only did the kids take a lot of interest in learning about Disaster Preparedness but also were really excited to grab their emergency Go-Bags.

I really want to thank Billy and Terence for taking the initiative for the kids in our community.

A Terrific Surfing Event with our disabled community under our program "HOPE"

We went Surfing under LYD campaign as a part of our HOPE program

Hey People! We’re happy to announce that on 08/19/2021, Disability Dream Weavers accomplished yet another successful gig for persons with disabilities under the campaign LYD (Live-up Your Dreams) as a part of our HOPE program. Rosie has always been an integral part of DiDW and hence, the campaign LYD too. It was loads of fun spending time surfing at the beach with them and seeing smiles on these specially abled people.

Not only did they take a lot of interest in learning about Disaster Preparedness but also were really excited to grab their emergency Go-Bags.

I really want to thank Rosie for taking the initiative for the needy people in our community.
